On today’s episode, I’m joined by a professional chef. With some of his earliest memories being in the kitchen, it wasn’t too much of a surprise that this week’s guest found his way back there a few years down the line. Working as a model and athlete, it was his peers that suggested he share his recipes online after sampling his cooking on shoots and at training. Beginning with a picture of scones in his parents garden, led to the growth of his platform and a DM from BBC One producers asking him to take part in Yes Chef, a cooking competition that he’d go on to win. Moving to London and immersing himself in the culinary scene opened him up to countless opportunities, one of which placed him as the face of M&S Food. To share his story, here’s what it’s like to be Chris Baber.
