Hey girl!

I am so excited you are here today because we are going to have a real talk conversation about PERFECTIONISM.

In particular, this idea of “perfect time” and how that can be really holding you back from doing the damn thing on your heart.

Or, maybe for you this perfectionism comes in from daily tasks that you are so concerned with having be “perfect” that it’s robbing you of time to do the thing on your heart or it’s robbing you of the energy that’s required to chase your dreams because you’re exhausted from trying to be perfect.

I don’t even have to know you in person to know that you are not the type of woman who holds back & lives life with coulda woulda shoulda’s.

I know that you’re the type of woman who is here to build a life that she’s obsessed with, so buckle up, we are diving right in!

Quotes:

“Perfectionism is easy to spot and then once you’re aware of it or your tendencies towards it & how it might be negatively impacting you, then you can actually do something about it.”

“Perfect doesn’t exist. Striving for perfection is going to make us crazy. And there’s never a perfect time to do anything.”

“I say, we stop letting this idea of ‘perfect’ rob us & others who could seriously benefit as a by-product of us living lives that we’re obsessed with, and going for those dreams on our heart.”

“How important are the things that I am not doing in order to spend this extra time & energy on making things perfect?”
