Submit ReviewOur guest is Kazuko Nagao, the founder of Oconomi, the okonomiyaki shop based in Queens, New York. Okonomiyaki is a Japanese-style savory pancake, which is very popular in Japan. But last month, in December 2021, she decided to turn her seasonal okonomiyaki business into regular operations throughout the year.
