Greg Hildreth had been on a roll when Covid shut down Broadway in 2020. After a run playing Olaf the snowman in “Frozen,” he had lined up roles in a satiric riff on Chekov’s “Three Sisters” called “Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow,” and in the Broadway revival of Tennessee Williams’ “The Rose Tattoo.” He was set to appear in a revival of Stephen Sondheim’s "Company" when the world went dark. Hildreth, who will return to the stage in "Company" this fall, talks about Broadway, his career, growing up weird and what to do in a pandemic with no prospect of work.
