Have you had trouble getting a good, revitalizing rest these past days? Weeks? Years? Do you just love to work so much that you forget to love yourself too?

Join us in this episode with Veronica Joy, who has made the most out of her last name. We’ll learn about the amazing stress-reduction technique that is floating.

Yes, letting your body wander in water, or just being in contact with water in general, can be pretty much a rewarding experience for your body and soul.

Veronica finds her joy in inspiring people to live their dreams and get out of physical and emotional pain. She has done this for the past 25 years as an integrative bodyworker and healer. Her first ever floatation experience led her to share floatation therapy with the world because it completely helped her stop the need for anxiety medication. She now runs a floatation therapy spa in Sayulita, Mexico.
