Today I take a suggestion from a listener to the show, @tekdrudge on twitter, who says I need to watch an episode of Barney Miller. I agree with him! Specifically season 3, episode 11: Hash. Ironically, that was the exact same season and episode number of last episode, which was MASH, which also incidentally rhymes with HASH.

I feel like barney miller was a show my dad really loved, and I think of it as the show that had the Bishop guy in it before Serenity, but none of that matters: We need to ask the question, was it any good?
