Submit ReviewIn today’s episode I have on one of my closest girlfriend’s Sam to have a JUICY convo about triggers and the importance of taking ownership of our reactions but also figuring out WHERE they come from. We are defining triggers as negative reactions to certain situations or behaviors, often stemming from unresolved fears or needs within ourselves. In this episode we both share personal examples of triggers and explore the emotions and core fears behind them, we discuss coping mechanisms and defense mechanisms, such as avoidance, retaliation, and seeking support. The whole convo is super juicy and really emphasizes the importance of compassion for ourselves and our triggers, as well as the potential for personal growth and transformation. I think you’re REALLY going to like this one
