The UFC showcased a night of two title fights, in the main event of the evening we had a technical middleweight bout with the #1 MMA Fighter of the Year, Israel ‘The Last Stylebender’ Adesanya defending his title at UFC 248 in the Main Event TONIGHT (Sat., March 7, 2020) from inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The contender was Yoel ‘Soldier of God’ Romero, who entered the octagon for the first time since losing to Paulo Costa at UFC 241, back in Aug., 2017, fighting out of Florida, with a 13-4 fight record going up against Adesanya’s unprecedented, as yet undefeated 18-0 record. Also on the card, was a highly-anticipated women’s Strawweight Co-Main Event Title scrap, with the top-ranked newly crowned Weili ‘Magnum’ Zhang defending her title against the former champion Joanna Jędrzejczyk, who was out to win back the title tonight; rounding things out, we were also treated to some Li Jingliang and ‘Cowboy’ Oliveira... what a fun night of fights we had to look forward to!
