The Whale Sanctuary Project plans to build a retirement home of sorts for belugas and orcas that were raised in captivity. The group has chosen Port Hilford, N.S., over spots in British Columbia and Washington State for a sanctuary it hopes to open by the end of 2021. Guest host Preston Mulligan spoke with Lori Marino, president of the Whale Sanctuary Project.
