Do you feel the need....the need for speed?

On today's episode of the Only in OK Show, we had a great discussion with Tonya Blansett the Executive Director of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium in Tulsa, OK

The Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium is preserving Oklahoma’s aerospace history and inspiring science-based learning through discovery, and has been exposing students to real-world applications of STEM for over 15 years.

Tulsa is a city on the Arkansas River. It’s known for its art deco architecture, mostly in the central Deco District. Landmarks like the Philcade and Philtower buildings reflect a 20th-century construction boom fueled by the prosperous local oil industry.

The Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology has trained over 100,000 pilots and technicians.

The Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission works to ensure that the needs of communities and commerce across the state are met by a system of public airports, the Oklahoma Airport System (OAS).
