And this is playing out in Florida case, where a family of a woman who died after an allergic reaction to food she ate at Disney World last year, is now suing Disney. But the mega media company wants the case thrown out, because her husband five years ago had signed up for a one-month free trial of the streaming service Disney Plus - and the terms and conditions stated he could not take legal action against Disney for any of its products.
