On today's episode of Locked On Yankees, Stacey recaps Monday night's loss to the Blue Jays, previews Tuesday's matchup, and wonders if Brian Cashman realizes how much he's riling up the fanbase with his comments. The Yankees dropped their second game in a row, this time to the Blue Jays. Jameson Taillon made his 2022 debut and pitched pretty well, but the offense was non-existent and couldn't solve Alek Manoah or the Blue Jays' bullpen. On Tuesday, Nestor Cortes makes his 2022 debut against Yusei Kikuchi and Stacey previews that matchup. And finally, Brian Cashman appeared on WFAN radio in NYC on Monday and said more things about the lack of moves the Yankees made in the offseason and it's clear from those comments that the Yankees had no intention of even trying to sign a big-name free agent this winter. Sigh.
