Submit ReviewHi everyone.
Before I spoke with today’s guest expert, Martin Bullen, I didn’t know very much about supply chains. Do you? But after speaking with him, I’ve not only learned what a supply chain is, I’ve learned about so many opportunities that supply chain management offers to anyone from freelancers to corporations of any size.
Among other things, Martin talks about (1) What is a supply chain? (2) What are some of the major global trends in supply chain management?, and (3) What developments we may see in the near future involving supply chains? Most importantly, and typical of all Looking Forward episodes, Martin will discuss the myriad opportunities being created by supply chain trends, and how listeners might take the first steps toward seizing those.
And trust me when I say he lays out an abundance of opportunities!
Now a little bit about Martin. Martin Bullen has worked in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management for over 30 years. His work has taken him to manufacturing centers all over the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America, building relationships with manufacturing and logistics companies around the world. Martin is principal of Bullen Professional Services, a bespoke supply chain, procurement, and sourcing consultancy helping small and medium-sized businesses participate in the global market.
