America's Podcaster, Kurt Caceres, sits with world famous and legendary dancer and choreographer, Cris Judd. This story is not about his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, it's about an amazing human being, full of integrity, talent, compassion and dedication to his family and career. Growing up as an athlete, he was destined to become a professional Golfer, with the skills and tenacity of the greats. However, he accidentally fell into the dance world when he got a part time job working the Main Street Electrical Light Parade at Disney World, where his dance partner just happened to be Wayne Brady. He hadn't taken his first dance step until he was 21 years old and its been a career ever since. With only a few months of dance experience, he beat out thousands of dancers auditioning to dance with The Backstreet Boys. Though he was green and raw, the biggest players in the dance world noticed his innate talents and he eventually became one of Michael Jackson's dancers on his Dangerous and History tours. His strategy for success was as such, "find the best dancer in the room and stand behind them".
