Ever wondered how a woman finds herself in the predicament of supporting an incarcerated loved one? Ever wondered how she does it and remains resilient? Well the Real Resilience: Prison Wife Life podcast has the answers to your questions!

I'm your host Crystal Wyatt.

For 7 years I've operated a Prison transportation service in Philadelphia--taking families to visit incarcerated loved ones throughout Pennsylvania--and I realized early on that the main supporters of the incarcerated community are WOMEN.

These women are wives, girlfriends, daughters, sisters, and even grandmothers and they've all agreed to share their stories with you but in this introductory episode, it's only right to hear a word from me.

Let's Go!

Topics Covered:

  • Why we ride when he goes to jail?
  • Learning the judicial process.
  • The pressures of supporting an incarcerated loved one.
  • Pennsylvania Prison Statistics and its impact on community.
  • Developing the Real Resilience Program and Podcast.
