Submit ReviewIn this episode, I wanted to take a little bit of a shift and talk about visibility. Why telling your story, being honest, while creating a brand that is true to who you are. Also true to who you work with matters.
Being on stage and being ourselves is important. That doesn't mean we need to walk across stage and come out with whatever thing we need to come out with. But it does mean that we can bring our energy and our realness to the different places.
We show up in presentations and board rooms, on stages, on podcasts. We have the chance to stand up and be heard. And I realized that to some extent, this is a privilege.
I have the privilege of being a white gay male living in the United States and living in probably the most progressive of States in these United States.
I realize all of the privilege that comes along with that and I am thankful that that I have the ability to do that.
It isn't right for everybody, but if it is, then this episode is for you.
