  • Split top bun
  • Butter
  • Lemon
  • Mayo
  • Lobster meat (claw & knuckle)
  1. Toast the split top bun on a skillet or grill until golden brown
  2. Put mayonnaise on the inside of the toasted bun
  3. Add cooked claw and knuckle meat
  4. Top with fresh squeezed lemon
