July 10th: Donato Bilancia Born (1951)
In most cases, a killer’s MO can be intrical in their capture. Investigators are able to connect their victims and find viable clues they may have otherwise missed. They fit the pieces together like a puzzle. But, what if a killer doesn’t have an MO. What if their methods of killing were so out there and victims so random, that police found it difficult to fit their puzzle pieces. On July 10th 1951 a man was born who would leave the citizens of Northern Italy, scared for their lives.
