Submit ReviewOur guest was born in Peoria, Illinois in an Orthodox Jews family. When she was two years old her family moved to Israel. Matana Jacobs grew up speaking Hebrew at school and with her friends and English at home. Now Matana lives in the US, she's a health consultant and podcaster but also a proud mother of 5. She used gratitude to heal her depression after a really challenging situation that she shares with us on the podcast and managed to turn her life around becoming one of the most passionate advocates of gratitude I know.
