Eric Thomas is the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Genesys. He currently leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice at Genesys. Eric has held a variety of leadership roles at companies including Genesys Professional Services, Alcatel-Lucent and Ericsson, where he has driven employee resource groups focused on the unique challenges African Americans face in corporate settings. He has co-founded and served on the board of three non-profit organisations that mentor young African American males in underserved cities, and also supported the creation of the Collin County NAACP branch.
