Submit ReviewJoey Votto had a home run and a triple before the third inning was over and the Cincinnati Reds beat the Chicago Cubs at Great American Ballpark. Jeff looks at how Joey Votto got in the Cubs heads and why he continues to show that he's one of the best Reds hitters of all time. The pitching was also on point, Wednesday, despite a rough first inning for Luis Castillo. He buckled down and looked more like the ace pitcher he is for the next four innings. The bullpen, made up of Tony Santillan, Alexis Diaz, Art Warren, and Hunter Strickland, held it down for the win. The Reds need to start looking to trade some players for prospects who will help the team contend in 2024 and Tommy Pham looks like the most likely player to be traded.
