It was another lifeless offensive effort by the Chicago White Sox and disappointing performance by starter Michael Kopech on Tuesday night. The White Sox lost to the first place Minnesota Twins, 8-2. Kopech gave up 4 home runs in less than 5 innings and simply did not have his command or competitive pitches in his arsenal. The White Sox had a couple hits from Luis Robert and an RBI single from Yoan Moncada but the Sox could not create a big inning nor could they capitalize with runners on and nobody out. Another game went by without the Sox hitting a home run. Some good news for the White Sox is that outfielder Eloy Jimenez is finally back with the team and should be officially activated on Wednesday. Hopefully he can bring a much needed spark. The Sox try to avoid the sweep on Wednesday afternoon as they send Lance Lynn to the mound.
