The Tennessee Titans should not use their franchise tag this year despite the tag window opening on Tuesday. With only Nate Davis and David Long as candidates, the price for their tags would not make much sense. Players around the NFL who could get the tag include Lamar Jackson and Orlando Brown, but if they aren't tagged or their team is looking to trade them, the Titans should be first in line.
