Pisces Punch: 1 oz malibu 1 oz vodka 1 oz blue curaçao 2 oz pineapple juice 2 oz sprite/lemon lime soda In a shaker tin add in blue curaçao, vodka, Malibu, and pineapple juice. Shake for 20-30 seconds until shaker tin is visibly frosty. Strain into a tall glass with ice. Fill glass rest of the way with your preferred bubbly beverage (mine is sprite). Enjoy immediately. Burrata Babes: 1 ball of burrata 3 tbsp good olive oil 2 cups arugula 1 cup cherry tomatoes 2-4 tbsp vinegar of choice 1 shallot (minced, fine) 1 tbsp dijon mustard Salt Pepper Garlic powder (can substitute for fresh) In a bowl add washed arugula. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle over olive oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, and add shallots. Mix to combine.
