A new study co-authored by paleontologist Dan Fisher analyzed chemical elements in the mastodon’s tusk to paint a clearer picture of where the creature roamed, grazed, and mated in parts of Indiana and Michigan. He joins the show today to share what he's discovered about the mastodon’s 34 years of life.
