While Courtney and Smiley were taping this episode, NFL free agency went from lukewarm to scolding hot! Odell Beckham Jr. was literally traded to the Cleveland Browns as the hosts were prepping to the tape the show. 

They kicked off the show with Smiley giving his opinion of Nick Foles joining the Jags. Then they dived into OBJ’s trade to the Browns that included S Jabril Peppers and a 1st and 3rd round pick. Plus, Antonio Brown is finally free from the Steelers and headed to the west coast and the Oakland Raiders. So the real question becomes Raiders or Browns for the new season of Hard Knocks. Both teams promise to have their share of drama with the cast of characters assembled.    Then the hosts dive into the youth sports. The Florida Athletic High School Sports Association sent a “mission statement” to parents asking them to ‘Cool It’. Which leads into the cheating scandal that rocked the news cycle - because one of the mechanisms used to guarantee admission for the students was via the athletic department, especially at the University of Southern California.    By the end of the episode the conclusion was, people need to just do better.
