3 steps for buying a bra that fits:
1. Try and get measured if you can.
2. When you're bra shopping, always treat the cup size and the under band size as two separate elements. So start with the underband; you want to get it so that it's comfortably tight as it will stretch over time. Equally you don't want it too loose when you first buy it and you don't want it digging into you. So always buy comfortably tight.
3. Once you have the underband measurement, then move onto the cup size. Don't just go straight to your usual size; try going a little bit bigger than before and a little bit smaller than before and see what you feel most comfortable in and look out for the signs to make sure you're not spilling out the top, spilling out the bottom or the side, but also filling the cup.
