Shut up. Kick-Ass. Directed by Matthew Vaughn, Kick- Ass is the black comedy superhero film based on the comic book of the same name by Mark Millar and John Romita, Jr. Luke and Nathan revist this brightly coloured movie from 2010 with infamously generated controversy for its profanity and violence performed by a child. Using his love for comics as inspiration, teenager Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson) decides to reinvent himself as a superhero - despite a complete lack of super powers. Dave dons a costume, dubs himself "Kick-Ass", and gets to work fighting crime. He joins forces with the father/daughter vigilante team of Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage) and Hit Girl (Chloë Grace Moretz), then befriends another fledging crime-fighter called Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), but a scheming mobster soon puts their alliances to the test.
