They talk about the possibility of another Disney hit in “Pete’s Dragon” (7:15) and discuss the possibilities of another Oscar nom for Meryl Streep in her new movie “Florence Foster Jenkins” (12:30). They talk about their interest in the first R-Rated Animated Movie “Sausage Party” (17:00), their high hopes for “Kubo and the Two Strings” (21:50), and then they talk about how unnecessary it was to reboot “Ben-Hur” (25:30). They discuss the return of fat Jonah Hill in “War Dogs” (31:15), Drew confuses Biel for Alba because he didn’t know that Jessica Alba was still alive as they discuss her role in the new “Mechanic: Ressurection” movie (34:15), and they talk about the interesting concept behind the new horror film, “Don’t Breathe” (38:20). In the Indie Movie Corner, Sobie and Drew inform you about “Little Men” (41:50) and WW2 drama, “Anthropoid” (44:50). The two movies they both are most excited for is the Chris Pine starred “Hell or High Water” (47:25) and the coming of age story of a 13 year old black kid growing up in Germany in “Morris from America” (50:15). They dive deep into Werner Herzog’s doc “Lo and Behold: Reveries of the Connected World” (53:45). Sobie is scared of the cheesy trailer he saw for the movie “Southside With You” (57:20), and discuss the John Krasinski directed, “The Hollers” (1:00:50). They close the preview out by discussing how Robert De Niro might be trying again in the new boxing movie, “Hands of Stone” (1:08:40) and talk about how pissed off Mel Gibson is back in Hollywood in, “Blood Father” (1:12:15).
