Simon is most well-known for being the drummer and a founding member of Free & Bad Company. Over 5 years, Free released 6 studio & 1 Live LP, sold more than 20 Million LPs and played more than 700 concerts. When Free disbanded in 1973, Simon and Paul Rodgers formed Bad Company, and signed to Led Zeppelin’ Swan Song records. Bad Company released 12 Studio LPs and a half-dozen live LPs, 4 records went gold, and 4 went multi-platinum. Simon’s played with some amazing musicians including Paul Kossoff and Mick Ralphs in Free & Bad Company... he’s also recorded or toured with Ringo Starr’s All-Star Band, Mick Jones (Foreigner), Ron Wood, Jon Lord (Purple), Jim Capaldi (Traffic), John Wetton, Frank Black & others...
