The Rams had an opportunity to end the 5-game losing streak against the 49ers at home, with a chance to lock up the 2-seed in the NFC and win the division simultaneously. A Cardinals loss still allowed the Rams to clinch the NFC West, but this specific loss to the 49ers seemingly shattered any hope of a deep playoff run and extended our losing streak to Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers to 6 games total (3 years of regular season games).
