After another weekend jam packed with Premier League action, Rebecca & Alex are back to discuss as many talking points as we can in 2 hours. The Merseyside Derby proved to be one of the wildest in years, so we have to delve into *that* Pickford tackle, the Richarlison challenge on Thiago, yet another poor showing from the VAR team, the closest offside call to date, the epic return of Jordan Henderson, Dominic Calvert-Lewin scoring AGAIN, and how Liverpool will cope at the back without Virgil van Dijk this season (get well soon). Elsewhere, Spurs did another Spurs and despite an incredible start, Tottenham Hotspur threw away a three goal lead to draw 3-3 against West Ham. We chat about that comeback, whether we've been too harsh on David Moyes, the exciting tactical shifts from Mourinho, Harry Kane's new role, and whether Spurs have the stones to actually challenge for a title this season. Plus, we make our predictions for next weekend's games, discuss Timo Werner getting off the mark for Chelsea, Newcastle supporters' brilliant food bank initiative, whether Steve Bruce is the right man for Newcastle, if Solskjaer will ever start Van De Beek, Arsenal's deep midfield issue, as well as an extended chat on Sergio Aguero, Sian Massey-Ellis, micro-aggressions and the poor response to the situation from Pep Guardiola and social media. Plus, Rebecca vs Everton Twitter, Sadio Mane playing shirts and skins, Joel Matip's angry dad walk, Hendo as the perfect pie, memeing Pickford, 'Vanny Gaal', Lloris in Tier 2, why Werner loves the left, Arteta vs the Zombies, Batman's noncing, trigonometry degrees, Pornhub reactions, Sherlock & Molly, Piper in Orange is the New Black, and Rebecca admits she was wrong. **Please take the time to rate and review us on iTunes or wherever you get your podcasts, as it makes it easier for other potential listeners to find us.
