Rebecca and Alex are back to relieve the boredom of the impending international break and run down all things Premier League from a wild weekend of action. We kick off with Liverpool who went eight points clear after a dramatic stoppage time penalty to beat Leicester City. We delve into the furore around that foul on Sadio Mane, praise Mr Reliable Ribena himself James Milner, give Dejan Lovren the love he deserves, plus there's some harsh words about harsh tackles. Conversely, Man City, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Man Utd all had horrible weekends and we delve into what's going wrong at all four clubs at the moment - looking at the managers, players and owners of each club to see who's to blame and if the managers need to be backed or sacked. Meanwhile, Chelsea continue to do well and look comfortably like top four candidates as they keep improving under Frank Lampard - has Rebecca finally admitted she was wrong about Tammy Abraham? There's also a lot of praise for Aston Villa, Brighton and Newcastle's performances this week in a surprisingly quiet show for VAR, before we take a closer look at the career of Mauricio Pochettino in 'Fame or Shame'. Plus, the risks of setting too many alarms, why Man Utd's midfield is like Watership Down, what does a peeled banana remind Rebecca of, Pep Guardiola in Scooby Doo, and why you should always listen to your wife when she tells you to place a bet. **Please take the time to rate and review us on iTunes or wherever you get your podcasts, as it makes it easier for other potential listeners to find us.
