This week we are lifting the lid on eating disorders and disordered eating within the running community. Amy opens up about her own personal struggles with an eating disorder by reading a chapter from her book, detailing her journey. Followed by a discussion with Dr Bryony Bamford, a consultant clinical psychologist who has been working with eating disorders for over 15 years, on this complicated and sensitive topic.
