This week's episode is a bit of a departure from our standard interview. In this episode - recorded remotely - therapist Sheva Rajaee joins Catt in her virtual bedroom to have an honest, constructive conversation about mental health.

Focusing on the overwhelming conditions of this COVID-19 lockdown, Sheva shares helpful insight on working through anxiety, how to better cope with increased stress, and why we all need to be just a little bit more forgiving of ourselves.

We also learn how Sheva's own OCD diagnosis led her to start the Center for OCD and Anxiety, why she made a dramatic career shift from marketing and advertising, to psychotherapy, and what healing powers lie within our pets.

Sheva also answers some listener questions like, "How do I help my spouse to understand what it is like to have anxiety?" and "What can families with younger children do to cope during this time?".

Also in this episode, Catt shares why creating a schedule -- and sticking to it -- has helped manage her stress and anxiety during these trying times. And, she opens up about her hopes for change following the pandemic.
