We will learn: How our bodies are perceptive to self-healing desires How to find the guidance to let go of self-imposed control Positive effects of chanting on neurological pathways on the brain and the hypothalamus    Whenever I’m being pulled in all the directions, I’m reminded to focus on my center. To find the stillness in the midst of the chaos. For me, that looks like yoga and meditation. Yoga helps me to find my inner strength. It helps me connect to my breath - my life force - even when I’m struggling. Meditation helps me find my calm even when my world is anything but calm. And that brings me to kundalini. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told the amazing benefits of kundalini meditation, yoga and breathwork. More people seem to have credited their spiritual awakening to kundalini than anything else I’ve heard.  With most people it seems to be a slower process, one nugget at a time, and often when they’re processing some sort of hardship. But with kundalini, people have stories of spontaneous awakenings or feelings of moving through dimensions.…and that alone is enough to get me on board. So today we’re talking about all of that. Our guest is Madhur-Nain Webster, practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and author of The Stressless Brain.   Links from the episode: Show Notes: https://mindlove.com/x40 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
