Do you feel as though you have unprocessed grief? Grief isn’t a linear journey with a start and an end, while going through the waves of grief it is important to understand how to process the emotions that come up.

In this episode, I am joined by Sonny Mayo, an accomplished recording artist, a board member as well as a program administrator for the non profit organization Rock to Recovery®, Breathwork practitioner, and accountability coach. Grief has played a pivotal role in Sonny’s spiritual transformation as he is recovering from addiction and alcoholism. Sonny was guided through the Grief Recovery Handbook in May/June of 2020 after the deaths of four friends and two of his dogs within a six month period. His experiences with grief have influenced him to assist others with their grief and he finds purpose, meaning, and joy in sharing his experience, strength, and hope with others. Sonny’s compassionate, understanding nature connects him with others and continues to transform his life and the lives of others.
