The number of drivers caught speeding in London has increased by 64 percent - after police introduced new high-tech enforcement cameras.

The Evening Standard’s City Hall Editor & Transport Editor, Ross Lydall, shares his insight and explains how ‘LaserCams’ might have impacted the figures.
