The province has unveiled its latest plan under the B.C. Builds program, which will see hundreds of rental homes built and provided to middle-income earners. Our guest Stephanie Allen, principal with Adinkra Strategies, and housing and community development consultant, gives us her evaluation of the program. Men make up the majority of toxic-drug deaths.
