It's incredibly wrong, and though we point it out, we understand some listeners may want to skip this episode or moment altogether. Episode also includes references to Satanism, demons, churches and theology, and violence. The sheer audacity of Chilling Adventures is something to behold. They got sued by the Church of Satan for infringement and the Church kind of has a point. It's fairly incredible how much of their dogma was incorporated into this episode. Netflix and Archie Comics' willingness to let this show push those boundaries is admirable, which makes it all the more disappointing for how wrong they got it with the Douchebag Gang at the Devil's Doorway. Like, really? Let's punish jocks for being misogynists and transphobic by...tricking them into making out with each other? This show is so much better than this, and we're hopeful this is the last time this show makes that big a misstep. It better be. The Dark Lord commands it. Macintosh & Maud have started a Patreon!
