New year, new restrictions. Ontario will return to a modified Step Two of its reopening plan just after midnight, temporarily closing indoor dining and gyms. We talked to two small busisnesses about how they plan to weather the changes. Ontario is changing its pause on back to school from two days to two weeks, as students move to online learning.
