Before-and-after school programs are vital for parents in need of reliable childcare, but a handful have folded in Simcoe County... with four more slated to close this year. The public inquest into the murders of three Renfrew County women continues today. The focus of the inquest is on the challenges domestic violence victims face in rural areas.
