But our next guest says we need to move beyond short-term strategies to solve Canada's pervasive food insecurity. You often see those polar bear swims at new year and think wow, that's brave. Well, how about those who take the icy plunge regularly? We spoke with a woman in Owen Sound who doesn't let the temperature stop her from outdoor swimming.
