Northland locals are fed up with the state of the region's infrastructure after dealing with the worst power cut since Cyclone Gabrielle. Nearly 100,000 people were initially cut off when a single pylon north of Auckland toppled. Most properties have now had their power restored, but hot water has been shut off. Northpower chief executive Andrew McLeod spoke to Corin Dann.
