The New Orleans Saints will be looking everywhere for their next quarterback, but they might not have to wait long. The contract of Derek Carr could expedite the Saints’ offseason search at the position. And thanks to his public goodbyes to Las Vegas, the price may not be as high as expected. If Carr were to end up in New Orleans, there are stipulations that could lead to that deal being done sooner rather than later.

Tyjae Spears, Cody Mauch, and Rashee Rice all shined in Mobile at this year’s Senior Bowl and could have an immediate impact on the Saints roster. But, there are also several other options on the field in Alabama. Dennis Allen needs to find another defensive coordinator, but with his strength in defensive play calling, the pressure to find a fully-developed candidate is lessened as long as they can do a few key things beside him.
