Welcome back everybody to the nerdschatting podcast!

As you know, we gather around every two weeks or so and talk about the latest cool movie, TV show, comic, book or game that everyone is watching or reading or playing. However sometimes, we like to take a look at those nerdy things that came before.

Last week, we had a chat about Strange Days. This week, Nerdschatting Presents Split Second!   Here's a trailer for the movie - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAKcHUf3lkg

Split Second is a 1992 American-British buddy cop science fiction horror film starring Rutger Hauer.

Set in the year 2008, global warming and heavy rainfall has left large areas of London flooded. Rookie police officer Dick Durkin (Neil Duncan) is assigned to partner with Harley Stone (Rutger Hauer), a burnt-out and highly cynical veteran homicide detective who, according to his commanding officer, survives on "anxiety, coffee, and chocolate" after being unable to prevent the death of his partner Foster by a serial killer 3 years previously. Now, the murders have begun again and Stone is obsessed with the case.

This podcast is a FULL SPOLIER CHAT - so watch the movie first, then listen.

Oh hey you're still here, thanks very much for tuning in!
