Tyler Benson spent 4 years in the Navy after using ROTC to go to the University of Michigan.  During his sea duty he went studied and earned an MBA and met his future business partner Lt Ben Mantica. After a year and a half and probably 20 business plan iterations, they created the Galley Group, Inc a food hall development , management and advisory company.  They provide talented chefs an opportunity to run a kitchen and try out menus and unique tastes. Tyler discusses with host Jim Fausone what the Navy taught him about a project management approach to business.
