This is a special edition in honor of National Muffin Day, a philanthropic holiday being celebrated on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Learn more about how we bake and give away muffins to people experiencing homelessness and hunger. Co-founded by Julia and her friend, Jacob the Muffin Man, the fifth year of the celebration is this year! Go behind the muffins to learn from us how we have recruited 500 Muffinteers (volunteer bakers) to bake 6,000 muffins in 25 cities and raised thousands. Join the muffin movement as a Muffinter by baking, giving and sharing with #givemuffins. For every baker, $40 will be donated. Join the Facebook event for National Muffin Day 2019 or visit NationalMuffinDay.org. Follow along on our adventures on Instagram with @natlmuffinday.
