She manages a range of media initiatives, and is the creator of a Well Black Sis, a social community created for Black Women to stay conscious about wellness and affirm it everyday. In 2016, she wrote and published her first book, Dancing At The Crossroad - A Grief Recovery Journal after losing her mother unexpectedly.
