Hi guys! Welcome back to Manifest with Tori DeSimone. Today we discuss my current workout split with some new training goals, and what I typically eat in a week!
Recipe:
2 whole eggs
2 cups liquid egg whites
3/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
3 slices deli ham, chopped
Salt and pepper
Pre-heat oven to 400.
Mix together eggs, egg whites and cottage cheese in a bowl. Blend with immersion blender. Add in remaining ingredients and mix by hand. Pour into greased square brownie pan. Bake for 22-28 minutes or until no longer jiggly. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Cut into 4 equal portions. Store in Tupperware in fridge and warm up each portion for 1 minute in the microwave.
200 calories per serving
28 grams of protein
3 grams carbohydrates
7 grams of fat
Serve with fresh fruit and/or a slice of Avo toast to increase fats and carbs as needed.
